designs, utility models and all general intellectual property issues. She has advised on opposition, appeal incidents and anti-counterfeiting and cancellation actions, with the aim of preventing infringements of the intellectual rights of clients as well as enforcing IP rights in El Salvador. Marcela has also advised national and foreign clients on sanitary registrations and advertisement matters.
