It was founded by two experienced lawyers, Marianne Le Moullec and Gaëlle Robic. The firm supports the key operational departments of its clients, such as sales, procure - ment, marketing, communications, R&D, logistics and quality, handling their day-to-day challenges
as well as their strategic projects. The Orasis Avo - cats team consists of two partners, each with over 20 years of experience, and two associates. The firm regularly advises multinational clients on the le - gality of their advertising campaigns, particularly in the consumer goods sector, covering both food and non-food products. Orasis Avocats also has strong expertise in the specific advertising rules governing e-commerce sites and platforms. and multinational companies on sensitive matters as well as day-to-day legal operations. Known for building trust and close client relationships, Gaëlle combines deep industry insight with practical, creative and business-focused solutions. Before co-founding Orasis Avocats with Marianne Le Moullec, she had launched her own law firm, Robic Avocat, in 2018 after spending more than 15 years as counsel in a high-profile French law firm.

Marianne Le Moullec has been a lawyer since 2005 and has extensive experience in economic law, including distribution, consumer protection, advertising and marketing, commercial contracts and antitrust.
Pragmatic and versatile, she works with general counsels, executives and operational teams alike, and has developed strong expertise in the consumer goods sector and online advertising. Marianne is fully fluent in English, having lived in the United States, earned an LLM in the United Kingdom and spent several years at international law firm Proskauer Rose. She co-founded Orasis Avocats with Gaelle Robic, bringing together 40 years of combined experience.
Joséphine Perrin is an associate at Orasis Avocats, and advises and represents clients in competition, distribution, advertising/marketing and consumer law, both in advisory matters and in litigation. She holds
the French Bar Examination (CAPA) and a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Competition, Consumer and Intellectual Property Law (Rennes). Before joining Orasis Avocats, Joséphine trained through several internships, notably with law firm Deprez Guignot Associés (DDG) and multinational group Danone.
Gaëlle Robic has been a lawyer since 2001, and specialises in competition, distribution, advertising/marketing and consumer law, with a strong focus on the digital and consumer goods sectors. She advises start-ups
