He has authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects and delivers lectures at Łazarski University, including those for MBA and postgraduate studies.

Szymon Gogulski is a senior partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, heading its intellectual property law practice. Representing clients in cases involving the protection of patents, trade marks, industrial

designs, business secrets and copyrights, Szymon has extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. He negotiates intellectual property rights agreements and deals with corporate and civil law issues. Szymon is an arbitrator and a member of several international associations active in the field of intellectual property protection. He has been selected as an auditor of EUIPO’s Community Design Invalidity Decisions under the SQAP programme.

Damian Ludwiniak is a senior associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Before joining the firm in 2021, he gained experience in various law firms, commercial entities and non-governmental organisations

Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He is a qualified Polish attorney-at-law and French Avocat à la Cour (Paris). Marek advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters

based in Poznań. He is a lawyer in the IP department, with the right to provide legal services as an attorney-at-law. Damian specialises in IP protection, with a particular focus on copyright law, know-how, unfair competition acts and the e-commerce market. He advises on trade marks, consumer law, online services and commercial law, in addition to carrying out GDPR projects and representing clients before Polish common courts.
