compliance matters in the financial sector. Her practice focuses on financial services regulation, asset management and M&A transactions involving banks, insurers and other regulated entities. In addition, Maria has developed experience in AI regulation, advising financial institutions and technology-driven businesses on compliance with emerging legal frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
