It also advises local institutional investors (provident, pension and educa - tional funds; insurers; endowments; sectorial provi - dent funds) as well as family offices on their buy-side investment activities with an emphasis on non-traded investments such as investing in investment funds.

Alongside advising on investments, the firm has par - ticular expertise in financial market regulation and a strong focus on innovation, thus attracting entrepre - neurs seeking to develop first of their kind investment tools, vehicles and funds. Recent work has included setting up, for Migdal Insurance, a unique fund of funds investing in evergreen debt funds in collabo - ration with one of Israel’s leading banks; setting up Golden Bridge fund, Israel’s flagship evergreen fund investing in hard money lending in the United States; and setting up HUD Fund, an innovative bridge-to- HUD debt fund.
