He has extensive experience in advising on the formation of both global and domestic private equity and venture capital funds, with particular expertise in fund structuring and Japanese regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for four years as an investment officer at a venture capital firm, where he was responsible for investments in a wide range of start-ups as well as fund administration.
