Fazil Hossenkhan is the managing partner of the Bowmans Mauritius office. As a corporate and funds lawyer, he has extensive experience in investment funds, private equity and corporate law. His previous
experience includes leading the funds and financial services practice of a well-known business law firm in Mauritius and setting up a practice-focused law firm which subsequently joined Bowmans. Furthermore, he has served as the general counsel of the Mauritius Financial Services Commission, where he was heavily involved in the development and implementation of the regulatory regime for investment funds, financial services and capital markets in Mauritius.
Alicia Kwan Pang is an associate in the Bowmans Mauritius office. She advises in corporate and commercial law matters. Alicia holds an LLB (Hons) from Middlesex University and completed the Bar Professional
Nafiisah Jeehoo is a senior associate in the Mauritius office of Bowmans, where she advises on investment funds, corporate, tax and commercial law matters. Prior to joining Bowmans Mauritius, she was a member of a
Training Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and has also been called to the Bar of Mauritius.
