Prior to joining in 2018, Jongwoo worked at the Seoul office of Deloitte for three years, specialising in various international taxation matters for institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.
He also advises on financial regulations, derivatives, securities, licensing and compliance matters. Before joining the firm, Chris served as head of legal at Barclays Korea, where he advised on complex regulatory matters, various products and transactions. He has also worked at a number of global banks in Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea.
