Bjorn Sorenson is senior counsel in RPCK’s New York office, where he leads the firm’s debt finance practice. Both business-focused and technically oriented, Bjorn advises borrowers and lenders on leveraged finance and

investments into impact funds. Aaron has represented impact fund sponsors with investment strategies ranging from fintech for financial inclusion to sustainable agriculture internationally, and minority banking to pay-for-success financing domestically. Aaron has also served in an outside general counsel capacity to several clients. He has a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from the College of William & Mary.

Joshua Teitelbaum is a partner in RPCK’s New York office. As both a seasoned transactional attorney and a former business owner, Josh brings a unique understanding of the issues surrounding business and commercial
