Kamal has advised and represented large corporations and directors/promoters in courts across the country in relation to a wide variety of white-collar crimes arising under general penal laws and special penal statutes, such as offences pertaining to money laundering, foreign exchange violations and corruption. He has also assisted investigation agencies tasked with investigating corporate crimes in preparation of procedural manuals of investigation.

Arjun has successfully advised and represented domestic and international clients before various courts and tribunals in India. Arjun is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

Shivam Jain is an associate in the dispute resolution team of AZB & Partners’ New Delhi office. Having recently joined the profession, Shivam has quickly established himself as a diligent and insightful practitioner,

known for his meticulous approach to white-collar, financial and audit-related criminal matters before various courts, as well as commercial litigation matters. Shivam has advised and represented numerous domestic and international clients before various courts and tribunals in India, and has handled extensive documentary work.

Varun Lamba is a partner at AZB & Partners and a part of the dispute resolution team at the firm’s Delhi office. With over 15 years of experience, he has advised and represented a wide range of domestic

and international clients across industries. His practice spans corporate advisory and complex dispute resolution, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, settlements, fraud and white-collar crime matters.
