2020. He has gained significant experience in specialised areas of criminal corporate law, with specific regard to public administration, environment, tax and property crimes. Andrea also deals with all the main issues concerning the administrative liability of legal persons and he is chairman or member in various supervisory bodies of leading companies pursuant to Legislative Decree No 231/2001. He has been enrolled at the Milan Bar Association since 2013.
