9.2 Likely Changes to the Applicable Legislation of the Enforcement Body
Changes are likely in the foreseeable future. The CGU along with the AGU have already launched a new national initiative, the “Plan for Integrity and Fight Against Corruption 2025–2027”, which involves multi- stakeholder co-operation and signals further regula - tory and institutional updates.
