Jasper Fawcett is a senior associate within Wynn Williams’ dispute resolution team, specialising in competition/antitrust, consumer, public and regulatory law. He has considerable experience advising on
courts and tribunals. In the insurance field, Ellie acts for local and international insurers directly, and is appointed by insurers as defence counsel, with a specialty in professional indemnity and statutory liability issues. Ellie’s statutory liability work includes regulatory investigations and prosecutions and commissions of inquiry. She has been involved in numerous complex, multi-defendant investigations and prosecutions (including in the areas of competition/antitrust, consumer protection, fair trading and regulation of financial services and markets).
