Sabina Famirska is a solicitor at Hansberry Tomkiel, with considerable professional experience of representing clients in antitrust and consumer protection law cases involving such matters as vertical

agreements, leniency, abuse of dominance, and antitrust damages claims (private enforcement). Sabina worked at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection as a case-handler and later for a leading Polish law firm, where she led the antitrust team for several years. Sabina is the author of several articles on competition law and co-authored Lexis Nexis’ “Competition Law”. She served as vice-chair of the ICC Competition Committee and is recognised by Chambers and Partners’ Europe Guide.
