Nathalie Herzog is a senior associate at Wenger Plattner, specialising in litigation and arbitration with a focus on commercial and corporate,
including competition and antitrust law. She advises and represents domestic and international clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals in complex contentious matters. Nathalie holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Fribourg and an LLM in Comparative and European Private Law from the University of Edinburgh. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2019 and is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Michael Schifferli is a partner in the litigation and arbitration and private clients practice groups at Wenger Plattner. He represents private clients and companies before state courts and international arbitral tribunals in
