Brian Concklin is a partner in the antitrust litigation group at Clifford Chance in Washington, DC. He advises clients on the formation and clearance of major merger matters, with a particular focus on compliance with the Hart Scott Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. Brian also advises on government investigations, the implementation of antitrust compliance, and best practices. He has represented clients before both the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, including responding to Second Requests, both formal and informal inquiries, and, when necessary, negotiating remedies for transactions to obtain clearance. Brian’s representations span numerous industries, including fintech, telecommunications, food and beverage, financial services/banking, private equity, chemicals, agriculture, air and space, and consumer products.

Peter Mucchetti is a partner in the antitrust litigation practice at Clifford Chance in Washington, DC. He has 25 years of experience in antitrust litigation, investigations and merger clearance, with expertise in
technology, healthcare, consumer goods and other industries. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Peter worked at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he served as the Chief of its Healthcare and Consumer Products Section. In that role, he supervised some of the most complex cases in the Antitrust Division’s history. Peter also previously worked in private practice and served as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Sharis Pozen is a partner in the antitrust litigation group at Clifford Chance in Washington, DC. She is the regional managing partner for the Americas. She has extensive experience both in private practice
and in-house as General Electric’s global lead for antitrust. Sharis has also held senior positions at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and the Federal Trade Commission – one of the few antitrust practitioners to have done so.
