Yi Xue has been engaged in legal practice for more than 25 years and is now a partner at Zhong Lun, based in Beijing. He has actively participated in the discussion and promulgation of China’s anti-monopoly law, its

implementing rules, and related guidance. As head of Zhong Lun’s antitrust practice, Yi leads the team and advises global clients on complex antitrust matters, including notifying various transaction structures for merger clearance. He also represents clients in antitrust investigations and litigations, provides counsel on a wide range of competition law issues (eg, distribution agreements, IP licensing, standard-setting, and horizontal co-operation), and conducts antitrust compliance audit and training.
