Victoria Krebs Dissing is an attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel, where she is part of the EU and competition law practice group. Victoria advises Danish and international companies in matters relating to EU and Danish
practice group. For more than 25 years, Erik has assisted Danish and international entities in relation to competition law, procurement law and state aid law. He has comprehensive litigation experience, including in several cases before the Danish Supreme Court, and has been involved in most Danish landmark competition litigation cases in recent years. Within his practice area, Erik often gives speeches and lectures, and he is the author of several legal articles. He is also a member of the board of the Danish Competition Law Society.

Victoria is active in Danish and international competition law networks and is also a part-time lecturer in competition law and unfair competition at the University of Copenhagen. Josephine Alsing is a senior legal counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel, where she is part of the EU and competition law practice group. Josephine has broad experience within all aspects of EU and Danish
competition law. Litigation is a particular focus area for Josephine, who has successfully represented clients before Danish courts. She assists companies with complex and comprehensive competition law disputes in relation to, inter alia, judicial review of competition authorities’ decisions and claims for damages for infringement of competition law. Josephine is active in Danish and international networks within competition law and gives presentations in these areas.
