– in both an advisory capacity and as a litigator. In terms of merger control, Laura advises major French and foreign firms on their investments and divestments, including in non-EU jurisdictions. As regards anti-competitive practices, she has extensive experience of investigation proceedings and the design of bespoke compliance programmes.
