The DOJ settled merger challenges to HPE’s acquisition of Juniper and Unit - edHealth Group’s acquisition of Amedisys, and con - duct cases against Live Nation, Agri Stats, RealPage and landlords using algorithmic pricing tools. The FTC reached settlements with US Anesthesia Partners, Deere & Co, Southern Glazer’s, Corteva and several pharmacy benefit managers. The FTC has also entered into consent decrees with major advertising firms prohibiting co-ordination on ad placements based on political and ideological viewpoints, and has separately targeted the use of employee non-compete agreements, securing con - sent decrees with multiple employers.
