cross-border transactions and insolvency and bankruptcy matters, including representing operational and financial creditors, filing claims before the court-appointed resolution professional and the recovery of debt. She has been extensively involved in the GoFirst insolvency, the Jet Airways repossession and bankruptcy-related matters. Anchal is also involved with the government of India’s ambitious GIFT City project.
