Enny Purnomo Widhya is a senior partner and leads MKK’s award- winning aviation team. A leading aviation lawyer, she advises on all aspects of aviation, including leasing, operation, restructuring, repossession/re-delivery of aircraft, and bankruptcy and litigation. Enny represents airlines in procurement of aircraft and represents creditors and lessors in selling and leasing jet engines and aircraft to local airlines. She assists leasing companies and banks in financing the procurement of aircraft and represents owners, lessors and creditors in repossession, deregistration and export of aircraft operated by Indonesian airlines. Enny is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Indonesian Air Law Society (Masyarakat Hukum Udara) and Who’s Who Legal Aviation representative for Indonesia since 2010.
I Gusti Ngurah Oka Anantajaya (Oka) is a senior associate in the aviation, banking and finance, and ICT teams at MKK. With regard to aviation, he advises and represents owners, lessors and creditors on leasing, sale
and novation, financing, restructuring, securitisation and repossession/re-delivery of aircraft. As part of his finance practice, Oka advises clients on all aspects of commercial financing for both lenders and borrowers, including preparation of loan documentation. In the ICT sector, he specialises in data protection and privacy matters and has advised clients from various industries on data protection and privacy compliance. Oka is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Nugrahani Astiyanti (Asti) is a partner in the aviation and finance teams at MKK. She advises foreign investors, lenders, publicly listed companies and international organisations regarding various transactional matters across
the aviation, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, foreign investment, M&A and forestry sectors. Asti has worked in the firm’s Singapore office and is licensed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority as a Capital Market Legal Consultant. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK).
