Gintautas Šulija is the managing partner at Šulija & Partners. Before co-founding the firm, Gintautas worked for a prominent American law firm in London, specialising in corporate litigation and corporate

Eduard Plešak is a senior associate at Šulija & Partners. Prior to joining the law firm, Eduard spent two years as an in-house lawyer for an international aviation company, where he handled a spectrum of commercial

investigations. Presently, he provides counsel to stakeholders in the aviation industry on various types of financing in commercial transactions. During the past 15 years, Gintautus has advised on more than 100 notable aircraft finance transactions, facilitating the sale, lease and financing of both factory-new and used Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Pilatus, and Diamond aircraft.
