Joseph Ghio is a partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates where he heads the financial services and aviation departments, while also being active in wider corporate commercial work. His aviation practice includes both
aircraft registration, finance and asset security briefs, and he represents underwriters in litigious aviation insurance claims and assists with the licensing of new operators. He graduated in 2001 as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and holds an MA in Financial Services from the same university. Joe lectures at the Faculty of Laws of the University of Malta on Securities Regulation and Aviation Finance, and sits on the Council of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
