She handles a wide range of complex litigation matters, including aircraft repossessions and lease disputes, high-value property damage claims, bankruptcy and restructuring cases, contentious employment matters and commercial contract disputes. As a member of the firm’s aviation practice group, she has significant experience in advising airlines and aircraft leasing companies and regularly liaises with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on behalf of her clients.

Niti Muangkote is a counsel in the corporate and commercial department of Tilleke & Gibbins. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients in the energy (both traditional and

renewable), infrastructure, mining, real estate and transportation sectors on project financing, project development and mergers and acquisitions across South-East Asia. A specialist in high-value commercial and financing transactions in the region, she regularly advises commercial banks and financial institutions on loan offerings and credit facilities for energy and infrastructure projects and advises major project developers in obtaining financing from both domestic and international financial institutions.
