GHP Attorneys at Law was founded in February 2024 in Vienna, Austria. In spring 2024, GHP opened an office in Salzburg. Several Austrian attorneys at law run an efficient, leanly-structured law firm. They are supported by a very experienced team that contrib - ute to the law firm’s success with their different back - grounds and previous experience in national and in - ternational law firms. For its international mandates, GHP draws on an extensive network of specialists.
The team of lawyers covers all areas of inter alia avia - tion law, advises on the registration and licensing of aircraft and solves even the most complex regula - tory issues. Contract drafting for financing, leasing, ground handling or management is also carried out. Disputes and arbitration proceedings are coordinat - ed worldwide so that clients can enforce their rights – regardless of where their aircraft are located.
Author
Martin R. Geiger studied at the Universities of Salzburg and Amsterdam. He was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2002. Before being a founding partner of GHP in 2024, he was a partner in national and
international law firms in Vienna. Dr Geiger is, inter alia, a specialist in aviation law, including sales and financing transactions as well as regulatory, operating and CAMO issues, litigation and arbitration. His long-standing know-how of the Austrian Aviation sector is valued by national and international clients such as carriers, owners, operators, banks, lessors and lessees, technical and service enterprises.
