Marcela Correa is a partner at Basch & Rameh, whose practice focuses on asset-based finance. She assists banks, export credit agencies, lessors and air companies on a wide range of financing transactions, and has also

lawyer with 25 years’ experience in litigation and arbitration. Her expertise is concentrated on commercial and civil law litigation involving foreign entities and international trading agreements, aircraft financing and leasing, civil liability in the air transportation and shipping industries, judicial recuperation and bankruptcy. Renata’s professional experience also includes consulting for foreign entities investing in Brazil and contracts in general. She is a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) and the Aeronautical Rights Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association.

Nicole René Gomes e Cunha is a partner at Basch & Rameh, whose practice focuses on corporate and finance law, with a particular speciality in aviation law, including asset finance transactions. She has

experience in ship finance, including as general counsel, dealing with business and corporate law matters with both domestic and international scope. She holds an LLM in Law and Technology and a Post Graduate Degree in Business and Tax, both from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RIO), Brazil. She earned an LLM in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
