Thomas Lennarz has been a partner at CMS Germany since 2012 and is the head of its dispute resolution group. He also leads CMS’ collective redress unit, the Smart Litigation Unit. Thomas has extensive expertise in

Peter Wende is a partner at CMS Germany and is the head of its multi-jurisdictional litigation group. He also leads CMS’ collective redress unit, the Smart Litigation Unit. Peter advises and represents clients in
national and international disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. His focus includes corporate law and intercompany disputes, product liability, contract law, and D&O liability. Peter has extensive expertise in mass litigation and claims management, supported by legal tech. He also serves as arbitrator, including as tribunal president. Peter joined CMS in 2010, became partner in 2019, and spent 2015–16 in Geneva. He regularly publishes on corporate and class action law.
