Aayushi Rout is an associate in the private equity, corporate advisory, and M&A practice of Vritti Law Partners. She advises Indian and international clients on cross-border transactions, strategic investments, business transfers, and joint ventures. She supports clients in all stages of deal execution, with particular experience advising private equity funds, founders, and strategic investors on both buy- and sell-side mandates. Aayushi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws degree and is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. She brings a commercially grounded, solution-oriented approach to complex corporate and regulatory matters.

specialises in international commercial and domestic
