Bas Lem specialises in civil law proceedings and has extensive experience in disputes involving construction and contracting law, corporate law and calculation of damages, both in regular court and in arbitration. Bas also represents both commercial and public parties in disputes that are at the interface of public and private law. When conducting proceedings, Bas quickly familiarises himself with the subject matter in complex technical cases, so that he can translate the technical and legal aspects of a case. Bas also has many years of programming experience, which he uses for advanced data analysis of his cases.
