Adeyinka Aderemi is a partner at Streamsowers & Kӧhn, with more than two decades of experience in litigation and arbitration. Adeyinka has successfully handled landmark cases at all levels of courts and tribunals in Nigeria, showcasing his expertise in civil and criminal matters. Adeyinka’s extensive experience encompasses diverse areas, including labour/employment law, banking, debt recovery, receivership and insolvency, real estate, contract, IP, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and taxation. He was part of the team of lawyers that acted for the claimants in a securities class action against the First Bank of Nigeria by subscribers to the Hybrid public offer in 2007.

Ibukun Enigbokan is a senior associate at Streamsowers & Köhn. She obtained an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Lagos in 2012 and was appointed to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. Ibukun has represented

several clients at various courts of record and advised on matters relating to commercial transactions, labour, debt recovery, contract, real estate, criminal law, labour law, tax law, IP law and administrative law (among others). She has a particularly keen interest in administrative and health law.

Omono Blessing Omaghomi is a partner at Streamsowers & Köhn, who holds an LLB from the University of Benin and an LLM from the University of Lagos. She is a fellow of the Michael Imoudu Institute for Labour

Studies and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the UK’s Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Employment and Labour Lawyers Association of Nigeria.
