Mohammed is a leading practitioner in different commercial Omani laws, with up-close experience of the new commercial laws and their practice. Jenna Al Bakry is a training lawyer with Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co LLP (“K&Co”)’s corporate team and is a core member of K&Co’s marketing and business development team, specialising in brand development and the preparation of tenders and proposals. After graduating in business law and international relations from Curtin University, Jenna notably interned at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia. She has passed the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination and will sit the final exam in 2026. Jenna is recognised for her skills in legal research and analysis and has developed further skills in contract review and drafting, legal opinions and recovery procedures.

Abdullah Al Raiisi is a training lawyer with Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co LLP (“K&Co”)’s corporate team. Abdullah has an LLB from the University of Leicester and an LLM from the University of Law, where he
completed the Legal Practice Course. Abdullah has also completed internships at several law firms in Oman ‒ notably, Cameron Mckenna Nabarro Olswang (CMS) and Addleshaw Goddard, where he gained valuable experience in each firm’s corporate and litigation departments. Abdullah’s role includes the drafting, reviewing and execution of legal documents, both in the corporate field and the litigation field ‒ completing high-value share transfers, incorporating companies, and handling legal cases in all legal sectors.
