His recent work highlights include providing legal support and advice while representing several financial institutions in collective action suits, a gaming operator in consumer litigation proceedings and a client in a dispute regarding the purchase of COVID-19 equipment. Maks regularly publishes articles in the field of international and civil law.
Špela Lovšin is an attorney at law at Schoenherr Slovenia. She advises clients on general regulatory, administrative, and public law matters, as well as collective actions. Špela’s recent work includes
supporting two international banks in a collective action involving Floor clauses and in CHF loan- related consumer litigations. Holding a PhD in alternative dispute resolution in administrative matters, Špela also works as a researcher at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.
