Aurélie Conrad Hari co-heads the litigation practice at Bär & Karrer, where her practice spans commercial, corporate, financial and banking litigation, as well as international arbitration. Aurélie represents clients

in commercial arbitration proceedings across various industries and also conducts internal investigations into compliance issues, as well as specific fact-finding missions. Leadership roles include president of AIJA’s Litigation Commission and co-chairing its Officers of the Commissions Committee. Aurélie chairs the Geneva Bar Association’s Expert Forum on Dispute Resolution and has been instrumental in advancing key initiatives such as the Geneva International Legal Association’s establishment in 2024 ‒ culminating in the 2025 launch of the Geneva International Legal Week, which she co-chaired.

Julien Renaud has been an associate in Bär & Karrer’s litigation and white- collar crime practice groups since 2021. Julien’s practice focuses on complex international and domestic civil litigation, with particular expertise

in asset tracing and recovery. He also regularly advises private clients on contentious matters, particularly inheritance and art-related disputes.
