Lina Bensman is a partner in Cleary’s civil litigation group, representing clients in “bet-the-company” commercial disputes and class actions, including breach of contract, fraud and consumer claims. Her
successfully litigated many dozens of shareholder, class action and derivative actions arising out of securities, M&A, corporate governance, and other commercial disputes, and regularly represents companies, boards and special committees. Roger is currently a member of the board and audit committee of the New York Legal Aid Society.
