Ben Hutman is a partner in Sadis’s litigation group. Ben concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in diverse matters, including business divorce, securities
digital assets and business divorce litigation, and defends clients in investigations by the SEC and FINRA. On the plaintiffs’ side, Sam has obtained USD200 million in recoveries for clients. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous class actions. As defence counsel, Sam has won full dismissal of claims at the pleading stage, and at trial, and had success persuading government regulators to close investigations without bringing charges. He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous trials and final arbitration hearings.
