Authors
Dawid Widzyk is an advocate and partner at V4 Tax, specialising in international tax law, tax structuring, mergers and advisory services for business owners, board members and senior executives. He focuses on private clients, assisting with business succession and wealth reorganisation. Dawid advises on complex taxation and wealth planning matters. He holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed a postgraduate programme in international tax law at the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and of the Slovak Bar of Attorneys.
Jan Jędrzejewski is a senior tax consultant, specialising in personal income tax, restructurings, M&A transactions and international tax law. He has experience in wealth protection planning and succession,
assisting clients in effective management of assets and tax structures. He graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in tax advisory, as well as courses organised by the Polish National Chamber of Tax Advisers. Jan passed the professional exam for Polish tax advisers in 2025.
