Tuuli Timonen is a partner and the head of Dottir’s dispute resolution department. She specialises in
Tony Chokairy is an associate in Dottir’s dispute resolution team. He advises clients in dispute resolution across a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on international arbitration. He
arbitration and other ADR methods, focusing on cross-border disputes. In addition to representing clients in contentious proceedings, she advises companies on conflict management strategies and supports amicable dispute resolution. Tuuli also regularly serves as an arbitrator in international and domestic commercial cases. She is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and an officer of the IBA Arbitration Committee. Before joining Dottir, she spent a decade at White & Case’s international arbitration practice and later served as director of disputes at Nokia Technologies.

He has particular experience in disputes in the construction and energy sectors, as well as in IP and technology matters. During his studies, Tony participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He has since remained actively involved in the Vis moot community by coaching the University of Lapland team.
Annika Lampela is an associate in Dottir’s dispute resolution team. She advises clients on dispute avoidance, management and resolution with a particular focus on international arbitration. She acts as counsel and
tribunal secretary in arbitration proceedings. In addition, she has experience assisting clients with settlement negotiations, domestic court proceedings, as well as sanctions and export control-related matters. Annika’s expertise also extends to insolvency law. During her studies, Annika participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since then, she has remained active in the Vis community by coaching the University of Helsinki team.
