Juan Carlos Benítez is an associate attorney at Lexincorp with 19 years of professional experience. A specialist in dispute resolution, he has extensive experience as a litigator at the national level in civil and contentious- administrative matters. He also excels in arbitration, acting both as a party lawyer and as a certified arbitrator with the conciliation and arbitration centres of the CCIT, CCIC and the CAH. Luis Ernesto Cruz Gamero is an associate at Lexincorp Honduras, with over five years of experience in commercial and international arbitration, corporate, construction, criminal, and intellectual property law.
He advises and represents clients in arbitration proceedings as well as in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation. He has expertise in FIDIC and DAABS contracts, holding FIDIC certifications in claims and disputes under the Red, Yellow, and Silver Books. He also serves as secretary, conciliator, and arbitrator at the Conciliation and Arbitration Centres of the Chambers of Commerce of Tegucigalpa and Cortés.
