His experience spans a range of high-stakes matters, including landmark cases such as the cryptocurrency ban in India and the disqualification of auditing firms involved in fraud. Raghav regularly represents clients before arbitral tribunals, high courts across India, and the Supreme Court. He regularly leads sensitive high-profile cases and investigations that engage critical areas such as data protection, regulatory compliance and asset tracing, with expertise across a critical range of legal domains including criminal law, evidentiary matters and data privacy regulations. specialises in representing and advising clients on infrastructure contracts and disputes, including roadway, highway, metro rail and EPC-related projects. Pranav Tomar is an associate in the dispute resolution team at AZB and Partners. Pranav practices in the field of commercial litigation and arbitration. With a background in handling high- value domestic and international
arbitration cases, he has demonstrated expertise and a deep understanding of complex arbitration matters revolving around contract law. Throughout his tenure, Pranav has dealt with various commercial and civil litigation cases pertaining to trade mark infringement, execution and enforcement of awards, writs, etc. Pranav has been assisting the team in successfully navigating the intricacies of arbitration, providing strategic solutions to clients, and ensuring effective resolution of disputes.
Shailja Rawal is an associate in the dispute resolution team at AZB & Partners. She graduated from the National Law School of India Univer- sity, Bengaluru, as a gold medallist and pursued her LLM at the Austral-
ian National University on a full scholarship, receiv- ing the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Shailja advises Indian and international clients on commer- cial litigation, arbitration and regulatory disputes. She has been involved in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations seated in India and abroad across diverse sectors. She previously gained experience with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and other leading Indian law firms.
