Bradley Price is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at Al Tamimi & Company, having recently been promoted to this role in recognition of his contributions to the firm’s international arbitration and
arbitration, banking disputes, regulatory matters, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, with rights of audience before all Bahraini courts including the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court. Noor has played a leading role in implementing the BICC framework in collaboration with the MOJ. She is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association, serves on Al Tamimi’s regional legislation team and has contributed to drafting of Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority Law.
