Recent work includes representing 2Rivers in resisting the extraterritorial application of UK sanctions, acting for BlackKnight Holdings in Su- preme Court and in Privy Council proceedings, advis- ing SBM Bank (a leading Mauritian Bank) on a more than USD190 million cross-border dispute involving Kenyan entities, and related regulatory and enforce- ment matters.

Sivakumaren (Robin) Mardemootoo qualified as an attorney in 1997 and is the managing partner of Dentons
banking laws. Natasha has a keen interest in the study and practice of international investment law and dispute resolution, and is one of the youngest practitioners to be leading an ICSID investment arbitration against an African state. She recently also led an appeal before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

He is recog- nised for leading complex, high-stakes cross-border disputes, with particular expertise in sanctions, banking, insolvency and shareholder matters. His practice spans both public and private sector clients, and is distinguished by a strategic under- standing of regulatory frameworks, cross-border complexities, and multi-layered dispute resolution.
Jeeshna (Kaajal) Radhakissoon is a partner at Dentons Mauritius, dividing her time between a dynamic litigation practice and high‑level corporate advisory work. In her litigation and dispute resolution practice, she has
extensive experience in complex, cross‑border commercial disputes involving banks, investment funds, and major players in the telecommunications sector. She regularly acts in high‑stakes matters, including a recent case brought before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Jeeshna is also widely recognised for her specialised expertise in company law and competition law. Jeeshna is regarded as a seasoned litigator who delivers effective, practical, and commercially sound solu- tions to sophisticated corporate clients – both in contentious matters and in her capacity as a corpo- rate adviser.
Natasha Behary Paray is a partner in the litigation team at Dentons Mauri- tius. She is a UK-qualified barrister with ten years of experience at the Mauritian Bar. She is also well sought- after for her expertise in arbitration,
employment law, procurement matters, cross-border insolvency, asset tracing, intellectual property and
