Bianca Georgia T. Paloma is an associate of V&A Law’s litigation department, handling a broad spectrum of matters including commercial disputes, criminal defence, tax controversies, intra-

In a notable case, she handled an intra-corporate dispute for control over one of the major hospitals in the country, in which V&A Law successfully represented minority shareholders and members of the hospital’s board of directors. She was also on the team which successfully obtained a multimillion arbitral award from the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission in favour of one of the largest construction companies in the Philippines.
