TIME DANOWSKY Advokatbyrå is a Stockholm- based business law firm with a particular focus on technology, media and dispute resolution. The firm was established in 2020 through the merger of Time Law and Danowsky & Partners. Clients include both Swedish and international companies and organisa- tions, as well as public authorities. The firm is also ac- tively engaged in social issues and provides pro pono advice to organisations promoting human rights and
freedom of expression. In the field of dispute resolu- tion, the firm often handles big and complex cases, despite its relatively small size. Between them, the members of the firm’s dispute resolution team of ten lawyers have experience of matters at all levels of the Swedish court system, as well as before the Eu- ropean Court of Justice, and domestic and interna- tional arbitration. Lawyers on the team are regularly appointed as arbitrators.

Andreas Eriksson is a partner at TIME DANOWSKY with over 20 years’ experience of dispute resolution, both in court and in domestic and international arbitration. He has represented clients at all levels of the
David Nykvist joined TIME DANOWSKY in 2014 and was promoted to partner in 2025. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution, with experience representing clients in complex
general court system and under different arbitration regimes. Matters have included disputes in the fields of M&A, insurance, construction, and adviser and D&O liability. Andreas also regularly serves as an arbitrator and is ranked as one of the most in-demand arbitrators in Sweden. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

Saga Hanson is a junior associate at TIME DANOWSKY, having recently joined after obtaining her law degree. She assists in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, supporting teams in commercial litigation before the Swedish courts, and gaining experience across a broad range of contentious matters.
Anders Arthur is a partner at TIME DANOWSKY with 20 years’ experience of dispute resolution. He represents clients in general and administrative court proceedings, before disciplinary boards, and in
domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Anders has acted as counsel in a wide variety of matters related to construction, franchise, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property, life sciences, M&A, professional liability and trade secrets. Anders also regularly advises clients in contentious company law matters and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
