William Prasifka is a partner at Habib Al Mulla and Partners with a practice focusing on arbitration and litigation before the DIFC and ADGM courts. Prior to joining the firm, William practised at Clyde & Co in Dubai, where he was a senior associate in the international arbitration team. He is called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Bar of Ireland. William holds a degree in History from Columbia University and a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
