Recent notable matters include acting for Credit Suisse, BeIN Media Group MENA, and First Abu Dhabi Bank in significant Bahrain court proceedings, alongside panel appoint- ments for Edamah, TP ICAP, Naseej, and Tabreed.

Fatema Sarhan is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at Al Tamimi & Company’s Bahrain office, having joined the firm in 2016. She specialises in commercial litigation, banking disputes, maritime law,
arbitration, banking disputes, regulatory matters, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, with rights of audience before all Bahraini courts including the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court. Noor has played a leading role in implementing the BICC framework in collaboration with the MOJ. She is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association, serves on Al Tamimi’s regional legislation team and has contributed to drafting of Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority Law.
