There is no publicly reported use of AI systems by the Zambian Judiciary for case management, scheduling, transcription of proceedings, decision support, or any other judicial function as of the date of this Guide. 10.3 Future The judiciary launched a pilot project for transcribing court proceedings using AI, and is also exploring the use of AI for research in the preparation of judgments as well as to educate the judiciary on the dangers of AI against which it should safeguard.
