Gregor von Bonin is a partner in Freshfields’ global transactions group and the global co-head of the firm’s energy, resources and infrastructure sector group. Gregor advises corporations and global financial

players on infrastructure and renewables transactions (photovoltaic, onshore and offshore wind).

Andreas Ruthemeyer is an energy and infrastructure partner and a member of Freshfields’ banking and finance team. He focuses on financing real assets, particularly on transactions aimed at advancing the

sponsors in takeover offers and other investments in publicly listed companies as well as in private M&A transactions, joint ventures and global reorganisations, and equity measures (including hybrid/structured equity capital solutions).
