Raissa Freire de Almeida is a partner and head of the strategic civil sector at André Menescal Advogados. She graduated in Law from Unifor in 2015, achieved a postgraduate in Business, also from Unifor, and worked in
individuals on strategic and cross-border matters. He holds executive education certificates in Mergers and Acquisitions (Insper), Negotiation and Leadership (Harvard Law School) and Structural Issues in Law Firm Management (Fordham University School of Law). André also serves as executive director of CIEMA – Centre of Industries of the State of Maranhão and as co-ordinator of the Ceará Chapter of the Brazil–Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC). His work combines legal expertise with a business-oriented approach, focusing on efficiency, innovation and long-term value creation. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Bruno Paiva is a partner at André Menescal Advogados and head of tax law. He is recognised for his solid training and strategic vision, which integrates accounting and law in an exceptional way. He graduated in
Accounting in 2009 and in Law in 2015, both from UNIFOR. Bruno is registered with the CRC/CE and the OAB/CE. His specialisation in Tax Law and Process from Juris Escola Jurídica, completed in 2016, strengthens his performance in a field that requires technical and multidisciplinary knowledge. With a technical approach and assertive solutions, Bruno leads the firm’s Tax area, guaranteeing results that boost the firm’s clients and strengthen their businesses.
