She advises international and domestic clients on complex M&A transactions, acting on both the buy and sell sides across sectors such as energy, technology, fintech, banking, gaming, and life sciences. Amanda has led due diligence processes, drafted and negotiated transaction documents, and co-ordinated multi- jurisdictional completion matters. Her experience also spans corporate governance, restructurings, and cross-border mergers. She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
